How we make a difference!

Hoist Africa Initiative is a platform where we train the younger generation in technological skills. The world is transforming into a digital society or village. We must be well-positioned to take advantage of the benefit that the new world promises.

 

We believe that if we can empower Children between the ages of 5 and 20 with technology, they will possess the power and tools to forge the tomorrow that we all will be proud of.

 

The reason many children and adolescents get involved in dirty activities like cultism and so on is partly because they are idle or occupied with things they probably consider ‘boring’ and are not interested in. Instead of leaving them idle, we can keep them busy with skills that many of them already have an interest in.

What we intend to achieve through Hoist Africa

Greatly inspire these young ones to get into the technology field:

Our world has gone “tech” and the only way to get it right in a tech world is to go “tech”. We totally believe that the more techie a nation becomes, the better. These are not without examples - the United States, China, Russia, Germany, etc - They have the best technologies, so they are the world power. If we can groom our children, we (as a nation) might as well become contenders in the global scene.

To give our young ones a way to earn:

Instead of having to ask their parents for every single dime they need and when they can’t get it, they resort to stealing or other wrong means, they can implement these technological skills (tech skills) to earn money without defrauding anyone.

Expose them to possible career choices:

We don’t know what we like or are good at until we have seen or tasted it. We want to provide that for our children.
